Dr. Muhammad Rizwan, CEO of the School of Self-Education and Positive Personality Growth, is pleased to share that a one-day Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) workshop was successfully conducted at Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan (AWKUM). The workshop focused on building a clear understanding of DBT and its practical use in mental health settings. Participants were introduced to core DBT concepts and key skill areas, with an emphasis on how DBT-informed approaches can support clients in managing intense emotions, improving coping strategies, and strengthening interpersonal functioning. The session also encouraged discussion and learning through interactive engagement, making the training both practical and relevant for students and professionals. The School extends its appreciation to Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, for facilitating the workshop and providing an enabling learning environment.
