SSEPPG Membership Refund Policy
Customer-Friendly and Transparent
At the School of Self-education and Positive Personality Growth (SSEPPG), we are committed to providing exceptional value and building long-term relationships. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, rewarding longer commitments while ensuring an equitable refund based on the utilized value of multi-year enrollment.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are considered final and are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances:
- All 1-Year Membership Plans: Due to the immediate allocation of event access and administrative costs, the fee for any single-year membership purchase (Community, Basic, or Premium) is non-refundable.
- One-on-One Services: Fees paid for any individual, one-on-one sessions, including but not limited to psychotherapy, counseling, coaching, or consultation (whether delivered in-person or in an online format), are non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility (Multi-Year Memberships Only)
Refunds are only applicable to memberships purchased under the 2-Year or 3-Year plans (Community, Basic, or Premium).
The refund amount will be calculated based on the precise, discounted annual value allocated to each year of the original multi-year purchase.
3. Refund Calculation Formula (Based on Utilized Annual Value)
The refund is calculated by deducting the full annual cost for each completed year of service, according to the respective multi-year pricing structure, from the total fee paid.
A. Calculation for Early Withdrawal (Within 1 to 11 Months)
If a refund request is submitted within the first 1 to 11 months of the multi-year term:
- Deduction: The full value allocated to Year 1 of the plan will be charged (equivalent to the standard 1-Year Membership fee).
- Refund: The remaining balance will be returned to the member.

B. Calculation for Extended Withdrawal (Within 12 to 23 Months)
If a refund request is submitted between the 12th and 23rd month of the multi-year term:
- Deduction: The combined value allocated to Year 1 (Rs. 5,000) and Year 2 (Rs. 3,000) of the 3-Year plan will be charged.
- Refund: The remaining balance (which represents the unused Year 3 value) will be returned to the member.

4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the member must submit a formal written request to the SSEPPG administration detailing their membership tier, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. All requests are subject to verification of membership status and usage.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the refund approval date.
